How does the 30-day money-back process operate?

If you are unsatisfied within 30 days, our technicians will travel to your location to revert the software to stock. You will receive a complete reimbursement, including the cost of diagnostics and mobile fees. Our priority is providing a secure and risk-free service for all.

Is the engine diagnostic check really at no cost?

Our comprehensive diagnostic health check is completely complimentary if your remap goes ahead as planned. This initial assessment is essential to guarantee your vehicle is safe and fit for tuning. Please note, however, that if our diagnostics identify faults that prevent us from safely proceeding, the £50 deposit will be retained to cover our travel and diagnostic time. Should you choose to reschedule and complete the service at a later date once the faults are repaired, this deposit will be fully credited toward your final bill.

How do I request a refund?

To initiate a return, simply contact our dedicated support team. We will schedule a mobile appointment to restore your original software. Following the restoration, your full payment is returned promptly without any hidden costs or penalties.
